The price depends on the type of accommodation, travel dates, number of guests, and length of stay. The cards show starting prices. Open a listing and check the total amount for your stay; optional extras may apply.
How do I check availability and book my lodging?
Open the listing, enter your travel dates and the number of guests, and review the booking type offered. For a request, the host must approve it; an instant booking is made through the designated booking process. The booking confirmation is binding.
Can I talk to the host before booking?
Yes. Through BookNoFees, you can message the host before booking. For example, you can discuss arrival times, parking options, beach access, or use of the pool directly with the host.
When will the host receive my money?
For established hosts, payment is released 48 hours after the scheduled local check-in time. For the first three stays, payment is released 24 hours after check-out, no later than seven days after check-in. Stays of 28 nights or more are paid out in monthly installments. Pending complaints, payment disputes, and other payment holds may delay the release of funds. Reporting an issue does not automatically result in a refund.
What are the cancellation policies for my reservation?
You can view the cancellation policy before making a binding reservation. Be sure to check the deadlines, refundable amounts, and any optional extras listed there. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your specific reservation.
What should I do if there's a problem when I arrive?
Contact the host and report the issue promptly through BookNoFees. Describe the problem and, if possible, document it with photos. Whether a refund is possible depends on the circumstances and the applicable booking terms.
