We want you to feel at home here and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, excellent wine, and hospitality of our region. To ensure a pleasant and carefree stay for you, our other guests, and us, we’ve put together a few brief recommendations and rules. Thank you for following them! 🔑 1. Arrival, Departure, and Welcome (Check-in & Check-out) Check-in: Your room or apartment will be ready for you between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM (please let us know in advance if you plan to arrive later; we’ll be happy to make arrangements). Check-out: Please vacate your room by 10:00 AM on the day of departure so we can thoroughly clean it for the next guests. When you check out, please remember to return the keys to the designated spot or hand them to the on-site manager. 🌙 2. Comfort and Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. We know that good wine and evening gatherings are part of the cellar and Moravia experience! However, we ask that after 10:00 PM, you move your evening entertainment indoors (e.g., to the rotunda or wine cellar) and be considerate of other guests and neighbors in the courtyard or garden. 🍷 3. Rotunda, Wine Cellar, and Self-Service Areas Enjoy our facilities: The Rotunda and wine cellar are designed for your comfort and pleasant gatherings. Self-Service and Honesty: If you use the self-service bar, beverages, or wine corner, please be sure to record your consumption honestly or pay immediately according to the attached instructions. We believe in Moravian hospitality and mutual trust! Please practice sustainability throughout the property—turn off the lights when you leave and don’t let the water run unnecessarily. 🏊 4. Pool, Garden, and Leisure Safety First: Use of the pool, courtyard, and spacious garden is at your own risk. Supervise Children: Children are very welcome here! For safety reasons, we ask parents not to leave their children in the pool area or garden without adult supervision. Please do not enter the pool with glass containers or food—broken glass and the pool filtration system do not mix. 🚭 5. Smoking, Cleanliness, and Safety Indoor areas are 100% smoke-free: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, apartments, and indoor common areas (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products). For smokers, there are designated outdoor areas on the terrace and in the courtyard with ashtrays provided. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to use their own electrical appliances in the rooms (with the exception of standard personal hygiene items such as hair dryers or electric razors). 🐾 6. Pets Staying with dogs or other pets is permitted only by prior arrangement. We ask owners to ensure that pets do not get on the beds, are not left unattended in the room, and that the yard is always kept clean after they have been there. 🛡️ 7. Liability for Damage and Keys Each guest is responsible for any damage to the guesthouse’s property caused by them or by others sharing their accommodation. If any accident occurs (a broken glass, coffee spilled on the couch, or anything else), please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll resolve most issues right away and without any hassle! If keys are lost, a fee of 1,000 CZK will be charged to replace the lock cylinder and make new keys.
